RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand buying swimwear online can be tricky, so Andia will happily offer an exchange within 14 days. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a store credit on your purchase. Only full-priced items are eligible for exchange. Please choose carefully, at this time we are unable to offer refunds for items that you wish to return. All items must be unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
Once you post your item back, it is your responsibility to keep track of the tracking number. Andia will not accept responsibility for lost or delayed items. If this is a concern make sure you take insurance out on your return postage.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive your Andia piece and it is faulty please email us at andia@andiacollective.com.au with your name, order number and a photo of the faulty or damaged item. Our Customer Support team will work with you to issue a replacement in the first instance. If this is not a possibility, a refund will be issued.
