SHIPPING

All orders over $150 AUD are eligible for free shipping.

Orders will be fulfilled same business day if ordered before 1pm AEST. Orders after 1pm will be fulfilled next business day, with the exception of certain holidays. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on shipping location. 

International order rates ship according to weight and destination.

International shipping does not always include taxes & duties. Please note that taxes & duties are the responsibility of the customer.

OTHER SHIPPING NOTES

All unclaimed/undelivered parcels that are returned back to Andia Collective will be shipped back at the customer's own expense.

Andia Collective is not liable for incorrect information given to us at checkout. It is the customers responsibility to make sure information is correct before placing an order and we are unable to provide a refund.

Andia Collective is not liable if your parcel is stolen, damaged or lost in transit if buyer opts out of buyer protection at checkout.
